Planning Meeting – Alisonʼs House
Monday 27th July 2026

Time for the Annual Club Planning Meeting!

24 Rosebery Avenue, Goring-By-Sea, BN12 4U

The meeting will start at 7pm, with refreshments from 6:30pm.

This is really important evening for the Club, as not only do we get to plan all the fabulous things we are going to do next year, but we also get to enjoy some cracking cheese and wine with fresh French bread — come and pitch your ideas for places you’d like to visit with the Club and places that you would like to walk. Maybe offer to help with some elements of the organisation of an of a trip?

Whether you’ve been on lots of club trips or if this is only your first year, you’ll be made very welcome. Please let me know if you’re hoping to come, so I can organise enough seating and try and buy enough cheese (and wine). We had a fantastic turn out last year and had a very pleasant evening.

Even if you’re unable to make it, all contributions, suggestions or offers to assist on a trip will be appreciated.

See you then.

Outdoor First Aid course – TBC
Sunday 22nd June 2025

Many thanks to all who responded to the google forms request re the proposed dates for a one day Outdoor First Aid course.

We had a mixed response, but have decided to go for Sunday 22nd June, venue tbc.

Currently we have 8 members available and 12 spaces, so if anyone would like to take one of the spare places, do please let me know. The club is covering half the cost, the total of which is £600 for the day; so those attending will pay a share of the remaining £300.
